Step 1/ Logistics and set-up

Step objectives

At the end of this step you will have planned out when all the steps of the data analytics for your audit will occur. You will also have set-up your team members that will manage and monitor the data analytics process and they will have created the bridge between the auditors and the data analytics team for all trouble-solving. You will be aware of exactly how the entire process will be conducted, what is expected as inputs and outputs for each part of the process and who will be responsible for each step.

3/ Download the organization chart and fill in who you want your team members for this data analytics work to be

4/ Download the GAANT chart and answer the questions. We will fill in the timing in the meeting

5/ Download the checklist and fill in “Yes” for each item to be sure that you have got everything ready before the meeting
