Step objectives
At the end of this step you will have some pages to insert into your audit report that come straight from the data analytics tests. Based on the step 7 brainstorming session, the data analytics team will have carried out further analysis so that you can show in the report the total estimated value relating to any issues identified and confirmed with the auditee.

Meeting agenda:
- Review the additional analysis that was carried out by the data analytics team to quantify any issues
- Discussion on the points raised in the report and how the data tests could be adjusted to improve them for next time
Tasks to do before the meeting
1/ Ensure that your team has completed the Powerpoint pages to include in the audit report. These should mention specific cases as well as quantifying the overall risk to the entity. An example template report can be found here.
2/ Think of ways in which the data analytics tests could be improved in order to make the audit process more efficient for next time. The attached Excel workbook might help.
